Terms of Service

1. About these terms
These terms are an agreement between you and NADICODE TECHNOLOGIES (business registration number TR0347586-V), the operator of KenalDulu. By creating an account you accept these terms and our Privacy Notice. The terms are available in English and Bahasa Melayu. Both versions have the same meaning. If they differ, the English version applies.
2. Who can join
- You are 18 years old or older.
- You live in Malaysia and have a Malaysian mobile number.
- You create only one account, and you give true information about yourself.
- You have not been banned from KenalDulu before.
3. What KenalDulu does
KenalDulu introduces members to each other. We check every photo and selfie with a real person, but we cannot guarantee anyone's identity, intentions or behaviour. We do not promise that you will find a match. We may change or improve the service over time. KenalDulu is available in Malaysia only.
4. Your account
You sign in with a code sent to your email address, or with Google. Keep access to that email address safe. You are responsible for everything done through your account. Tell us at once if you think someone else has used it. We may ask you for a new verification selfie at any time.
5. Your content
You keep ownership of your photos and text. You give us permission to store them, resize them and show them to other members as part of the service. That permission ends when you delete the content or your account, except where we must keep a record for safety or legal reasons.
Your photos must be of you, recent and clear. Photos must not show nudity, children, other people as if they were you, or contact details. Your description must not contain contact details, advertising, or content that is hateful or illegal. We may remove content that breaks these rules without notice.
6. How to behave
- Treat other members with respect. No harassment, threats, insults or discrimination.
- Never ask members for money, gifts or financial help, and never offer them.
- No scams, no selling, no advertising and no recruiting.
- No fake profiles, no impersonation and no automated use of the service.
- Do not share another member's private information or messages outside the app.
- Meet in public places and tell someone you trust. Read our safety tips.
7. Moderation and enforcement
We review photos, selfies and reports. If you break these terms, we may warn you, limit what you can do, hide your profile, suspend your account or ban you. We keep records of these decisions so that they can be checked. If you think a decision is wrong, email support@nakjodoh.com and we will look again.
8. Free, early access and Premium
Joining KenalDulu is free. During early access, Premium features are included for founding members. We will tell you in the app before this changes. Premium costs RM7.90 for 30 days. It does not renew automatically. The price is always shown before you pay, and we may change prices for future purchases with notice in the app.
9. Payments and refunds
Payments are processed by CHIP. We never see or store your card or bank details. If a Premium feature does not work as described and we cannot fix it within 7 days, we will refund that purchase. We do not refund because you changed your mind after Premium was activated. Nothing here removes your rights under the Consumer Protection Act 1999.
10. Ending your account
You can delete your account at any time in Settings. Your profile, photos and matches are removed straight away, and you can restore the account within 30 days. We may suspend or end your account if you break these terms, and we will tell you why unless the law prevents it. Sections 5, 7, 11 and 13 continue to apply after your account ends.
11. Our responsibility
We run KenalDulu with reasonable care. We are not responsible for the actions of other members, or for what happens when you meet someone. We are not responsible for losses caused by things outside our control, such as network failures. These terms do not exclude any right that the law does not allow us to exclude. Where the law allows it, our total responsibility to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If a change matters to you, we will tell you in the app before it takes effect. If you keep using KenalDulu after that date, the new terms apply. If you do not agree, you can delete your account.
13. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. If you have a problem, please contact us first and we will try to resolve it quickly. You may also bring an eligible claim to the Tribunal for Consumer Claims Malaysia. Otherwise, the courts of Malaysia have jurisdiction.
