How do I sign in?
Enter your email address and we send you a sign-in link or a 6-digit code. It expires after 10 minutes. If you cannot find the email, check your spam folder, then request a new one.
Why do you need my mobile number?
One Malaysian mobile number can only belong to one account. This keeps out duplicate and fake profiles. We never send SMS codes and we never show your number to other members.
Can I change my phone number or date of birth?
No. Both are locked to your account for safety. If you truly need to change your number, email support and we will check with you.
Why is my photo still in review?
A real person checks every photo and selfie, usually within 24 hours. Photos appear on your profile once approved. Clear photos of your face are approved fastest.
What is the verified badge?
You take one selfie in a pose we ask for. We compare it with your photos and delete the selfie after review. Members with the badge are more trusted, and some members only accept messages from verified members.
How many likes do I get?
During early access, likes are unlimited for founding members. After early access, free accounts get a daily limit and Premium removes it.
How do matches and chat work?
When two people like each other, it is a match and a chat opens. Keep chatting in the app until you feel comfortable. Never send money to anyone you meet here.
Someone is bothering me. What can I do?
Open the menu on their profile or chat and choose Block or Report. Blocking is immediate and they are not told. Reports are reviewed by a real person.
What does Premium cost?
RM7.90 for 30 days, paid through CHIP with FPX, card or e-wallet. It does not renew automatically. During early access, Premium is included for founding members.
How do refunds work?
If a Premium feature does not work as described and we cannot fix it within 7 days, email support with your purchase date. We refund through CHIP to the same card, bank or wallet, usually within 3 to 14 working days, and Premium ends at once. We do not refund a change of mind after Premium is activated.
How do I delete my account?
Settings, then Delete account. Your profile, photos and matches are removed straight away. You have 30 days to change your mind and restore the account. After that, your sign-in record is erased.
How do I get a copy of my data?
Settings, then Download my data. You receive your profile and activity in a machine readable file.
Is KenalDulu available outside Malaysia?
No. KenalDulu is for people in Malaysia only.
