Delivery Policy

1. Nothing is shipped
KenalDulu sells one digital service, Premium (RM13.90 for 30 days). There are no physical goods, no delivery fees and no delivery address. KenalDulu is available in Malaysia only.
2. When Premium arrives
Premium switches on in your account the moment CHIP confirms your payment, usually within one minute. Open the Profile tab: it says that you have Premium, and the Discover screen stops counting your likes.
3. If it does not appear
- Wait 10 minutes and open the app again.
- If Premium is still missing, email support@nakjodoh.com with the receipt CHIP sent you. We switch it on by hand or refund the payment.
