Delete your account

1. Inside the app
Open your Profile tab, then Settings and privacy, then Delete account. Your profile, photos and matches are removed straight away, and nobody can see your likes or messages any more.
You have 30 days to change your mind: sign in again and choose Restore my account. After 30 days everything left, including your likes, messages and sign-in record, is erased and the account cannot be brought back.
2. Without the app
Email support@nakjodoh.com from the email address on your account, with the subject "Delete my account". You do not need to give a reason. We delete the account within 7 days and reply when it is done.
If you can no longer use that email address, tell us the mobile number on the account instead. We check that it matches before we delete anything.
3. What is deleted, and what is kept
- Removed straight away: your profile, photos and matches. Your likes and messages are hidden from everyone at once.
- Erased after 30 days: your likes, messages and sign-in record (email address and mobile number).
- Verification selfie: already deleted after its review, so nothing remains to delete.
- Kept for up to two years: reports and blocks that involve your account, so that safety decisions can be checked. They are not shown to anyone.
- Kept as the law requires: records of payments you made. They hold no card or bank details.
